Dot& was created as part of MS's response to a clear and growing client needs across the Gulf region. What had taken shape organically now comes together under one focused brand, connecting leadership, strategy, and technology under a single roof.
With Dot&, our advisory work evolved to match the increasing cross-border complexity of the GCC. Executive search matured into a deliberate capability, helping institutions secure leaders with both regional insight and global fluency. And technology became a strategic layer, enabling speed, scalability, and response to the region's rising demands in AI, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure.

What began organically took form. We formally launched Executive Search as a dedicated service line, focused on placing senior leaders and C-suite executives for clients shaping the future of the Gulf. Grounded in trust, discretion, and insight, it became a natural extension of our strategic work.
As the region's economic transformation gained pace, so did ours.
MS stepped foot into global financial centres like ADGM and DIFC, reinforcing our presence across key jurisdictions. Our deal advisory capabilities matured, guiding high-value transactions and capital events across sectors.
